Order Status and Download
     






 

To check the status of your order, please enter the e-mail address you used for the PayPal payment.

Usually the order is processed within 5 minutes after the payment.

The download links will be valid for at least one week.

 

Note: The free additional conversion can take up to 3 hours depending on the map size and server load.
Normally, however, the converted maps are available in about 15-20 minutes. You will be notified by email again.
